Stansefabrikken Automotive have big experience in advanced plastic forming technologies, such as progressive or transfer stamping and is capable to provide attractive offers for the production of stamped and welded parts which meet automotive customer specification according to IATF 16949 requirements.

Stansefabrikken Automotive provides punching and automatic welding services.
Our production materials range from mild carbon steel to advanced high-strength steels up to 900 MPA, galvanized steel, stainless steel and aluminum. Our stamping thickness varies from 0,5-10 mm.
The robot welding unit uses latest welding technologies MIG and Fronius Cold Metal Transfer for welding extra-thin steel sheets.
Our plant has been attested to conform with IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards; in production we work with the 0 PPM principle.
