On 17 August, an Extraordinary General Meeting of Boryszew S.A. passed a resolution amending the company’s articles of association in connection with the acquisition of Maflow and the resulting extension of the company’s objects.
The following objects, among others, have been added to the company’s articles of association:

22.19.Z Manufacture of other rubber products
24.20.Z Manufacture of tubes, pipes, hollow profiles and related fittings, of steel
29.31.Z Manufacture of electrical and electronic equipment for motor vehicles
29.32.Z Manufacture of other parts and accessories for motor vehicles, excluding motorcycles
