The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. announced on 9 March that the company had signed a confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement with the administrator of the process of selling a company operating in the automotive industry.
Boryszew has received the company’s information memorandum and has started an economic analysis of the company.
It is the fifth automotive company now under scrutiny by Boryszew.
