fiat_500_500000_sFiat Auto Poland (FAP)’s plant in Tychy, Poland’s largest car maker, will stop production next Friday. The reason? Lower sales in European markets.

“Please be informed that from 22 October to 2 November this year (inclusively), the management of Fiat Auto Poland will have to suspend the production activities of the Tychy plant due to considerably lower sales of vehicles in the European market in the second half of 2010 and the related decrease in the numbers of orders,” reads an announcement sent to AutomotiveSuppliers.pl on Wednesday.
