In June, General Motors Manufacturing Poland (GMMP)’s factory in Gliwice beat its May record for the number of Astra IV’s made.
In the last month of the first half, more than 13.5 thousand Astra IV’s rolled off the assembly lines, compared to 10.2 thousand in May. In June, GMMP made a total of almost 17.7 thousand vehicles, twice as many as in the same period of last year (up by 104.37 percent).
In the first half of this year, the Opel factory in Gliwice assembled 78.1 thousand vehicles, up by 60.14 percent compared to a year ago.
