On 27 March 2013, Polaris Poland Sp. z o.o. was given permission to operate in the area of the Opole Subzone of the Invest-Park Special Economic Zone of Wałbrzych. Polaris will manufacture all-terrain vehicles (quad bikes) at the new location. The company has agreed to invest at least PLN 95.779 million and to create at least 350 new jobs at the new facility.
The new operation is to be completed by 31 December 2015.
