lear logo LEAR Corporation Poland will open another plant to produce car seat frames within the Legnica Special Economic Zone.

The plant should be fully operational by the end of 2014.

The components produced at the new factory will be delivered to LEAR plants all over Europe, in particular to the Czech Republic, France, Germany, Spain and UK.

Lear is currently recruiting new employees for all key jobs in the new plant. The rest of the workforce will be hired and trained consequently. There will be new work places for several hundred people.

The factory in Legnickie, Poland will be LEAR’s fourth production plant in Poland. Three plants currently operate in Tychy, Mielec and Jarosław, employing a total of more than 6,000 people.
