uniwheels_logoIn early January this year, the district court in Rzeszów registered the merger of two companies based in Stalowa Wola: Uniwheels Production (Poland) Sp. z o.o. and ATS Stahlschmidt & Maiworm Sp. z o.o.



The merger was approved in December last year by the general meetings of these two manufacturers of wheel rims for the automotive sector. All the assets of ATS Stahlschmidt & Maiworm have been transferred to Uniwheels Production (Poland), whose share capital has been increased from PLN 3.4 m to nearly PLN 6.19 m.

In February 2008, the Swiss manufacturer Uniwheels AG signed an agreement to take over the German group ATS with its three manufacturing facilities: two in Germany (Bad Dürkheim, Werdohl) and one in Poland (Stalowa Wola).
dongwon_logoOn 15 December 2010, the General Meeting of DONGWON ZS Polska Sp. z o.o. resolved to wind up the company and open liquidation proceedings as of 1 January 2011.



DONGWON ZS Poland, a subsidiary of the car maker Fabryka Samochodów Osobowych (FSO), is a manufacturer of exhaust systems and press-formed components.

DONGWON ZS Poland is another FSO’s majority-owned subsidiary to have resolved to be liquidated in the last 12 months. In February last year, KORAM ZZM Poland, Warsaw, was put into liquidation, although it continues its manufacturing activities. In February 2010, a winding-up resolution was also adopted by the general meeting of SHINCHANG ZPZP Polska Sp. z o.o., a company based in Marki.
dzt_logoLast year, DZT Tymińscy delivered the first 60 Honker vehicles for the Polish Army. In addition, last year the company was awarded a contract for the supply of 10 civilian Honkers.
