fap_logoIn May, the last Fiat 600’s rolled off the assembly line at Fiat Auto Poland’s factory.

The first Fiat 600’s, known as Fiat Seicento, left the factory in 1997. Fiat Seicento was the first model to be made only by Fiat Auto Poland after the Italian auto maker became the owner of the FSM factories.

The car was Fiat Auto Poland’s main model until production of Fiat Panda was launched in 2003. From that time, production of Fiat Seicento declined steadily. In 2009, 10.8 thousand 600’s were made. It the first quarter of this year, it was 5 thousand.

Total production of Fiat 600 since 1998 was over 1.3 million. More than 1 million 600’s were sold to foreign markets.
